A School Leader's Guide for Assessing and Improving School Culture
A one-day professional development experience for school administrators and lead teachers. Contents includes a protocol for administering the School Culture Triage Survey, tabulating and analyzing results, and developing specific initiatives for improvement. (This inservice is usually conducted on-sight in district administrative council meetings.) Cost: $800



Moving from Ruts to Grooves
A one-day session targeting low-functioning, dysfunctional classroom teachers needing to improve the culture of their classrooms. The predominant vehicle for bottom-line professional improvements is self-reflection which begins with this PROFESSIONAL INTERVIEW technique. School Culture Assessment Facilitator Training
Training for district and building level administrators, lead teachers, department chairs, etc. focused on conducting a School Culture Assessment. This training consists of two sessions, 2-days each session - 4-day total with a guided practicum between the two sessions.
