  • Moving from Ruts to Grooves

Participants will be provided with research-based questions and coached in the interviewing process. Cost: $500

  • School Culture Assessment Facilitator Training
Training for district and building level administrators, lead teachers, department chairs, etc. focused on conducting a School Culture Assessment. This training consists of two sessions, 2-days each session - 4-day total with a guided practicum between the two sessions. Successful participants will gain certification a School Culture Assessment/Profile Facilitators. Cost: $400 per person - Ask about team rate.

  • Team Building Activities for Use by School Leaders
A one-day professional development experience which packs twenty-two "portable" take-home team building activities. This is an experiential workshop intended to assist school leaders in forming high performance teamwork. Cost: $800

All CISC programs can be adjusted and adapted to meet the specific needs of a given school. While these are the most popular programs, the center staff would be pleased to speak with your representatives regarding other options.
