School Culture Assessment Facilitator Training

This 4-day workshop provides training for those who wish to become certified school culture assessment facilitators. The first 2-days provide sessions on school culture research and data collection. Pairs of participants will then collect school culture data from volunteer schools. The second 2-day session will focus on data tabulation, analysis, and the development of a school culture profile presentation along with recommendations to improve the school's culture.

Over 250 facilitators have been trained thus far. School districts have discovered this as the most cost-effective method for assessing a school's culture.
