What We Do
- Assist schools in assessing their culture and provide suggestions for improving the existing culture.
- Help schools administer and analyze the School Culture Triage Survey for a fast and cost-effective way to assess the culture of any learning community. (See our new step-by-step CD guide to administering the School Culture Triage Survey under the “PROGRAMS FOR SCHOOLS ” link.)
- Conduct School Culture Assessments with certified school culture facilitators.
- Train Facilitators to conduct School Culture Assessments.
- Train Facilitators in using "Teams of Practice" for the development and implementation of key school improvement strategies.
- Offer sources and resources for improving school culture.
